These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ixcel Tutor website, web application, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

About Ixcel Tutor

Ixcel Tutor is an AI-powered educational platform operated by Ixcel Tutor, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Ixcel Tutor does not currently operate from a physical office.

1. Definitions

AI Outputs: Educational content, explanations, voice lessons, assessments, quizzes, assignments, reports, or other AI-generated material.
Consumer: An individual using Ixcel Tutor for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Business User: Any professional, commercial, or institutional user.
Student: A learner using Ixcel Tutor.
Parent: A parent or legal guardian responsible for a Student account.
Teacher: An authorised educator providing feedback only.
Admin: An authorised platform administrator.
Learning Data: Usage, performance, and engagement data.
Subscription: A paid or free access plan.
Trial: Any limited-time access before a paid Subscription.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Users must be 13 or older, or a parent registering on behalf of a child.
Students under 13 require parental consent and supervision.
Registration information must be accurate and up to date.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Licence to Use Ixcel Tutor

A limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence is granted during an active Subscription.
Ixcel Tutor supplements but does not replace formal education.
Excessive or simultaneous usage may result in suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

Unlawful or misleading use
Commercial exploitation or redistribution
Reverse engineering or scraping
Malicious or disruptive activity
Impersonation or identity misrepresentation

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property belongs to Ixcel Tutor or its licensors. No ownership rights are granted.

6. AI-Based Learning Disclaimer

AI Outputs may contain inaccuracies
AI content is not authoritative
AI answers must not be submitted as original work
Learning outcomes are not guaranteed

7. Subscriptions, Payments & Trials

Subscription pricing, renewals, and trials are subject to displayed terms. Non-payment may result in suspension.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds are governed by applicable consumer laws. Partial refunds are not issued unless legally required.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

10. Teacher Feedback Module

Teachers provide structured feedback only and do not instruct students directly.

11. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breaches, misuse, fraud, or non-payment.

12. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to £100 per subscription where permitted by law.

13. Service Availability and Changes

Ixcel Tutor may modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice where possible.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
